The ESL04 equipment is designed to broadcast
a TV program in IV and V UHF bands from a terrestrial or a
satellite received signal. Transportable, sturdy and easy
using, it can be set up very quickly as a back up for a failing
transmitter. Its use does not need any adjustment.
